Delivery & Returns

Delivery charges

There are no delivery charges as templates are downloaded electronically via links.
After payment is received an email will be returned to the senders address with the templates direct links. If you do not receive this email please contact us and to avoid delays make sure your return address is correct.

 

Force Majeure
motiontemplate shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

As all of our products are digital software delivered instantly, once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to us for a refund.
If you have a problem with a template, you can report it to us and we will fix it.
Having a problem with a template is not a reason to request a refund.
 
We do not issue refunds if:
 
You change your mind
You choose not to use the template
You do not check the Apple Motion or OSX version
You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
You fail to install any of the products
By completing your order and making payment, you agree that the sales staff of motiontemplate.co.uk ('the management') will only provide refunds in exceptional circumstances within seven days of payment. The management reserve the right to decide what is deemed to be an exceptional circumstance.
