Terms & Conditions 

Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the motion templates sold through our web site by motiontemplate (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.

 

Limited usage granted: You are permitted to use any template you purchase from motiontemplate.co.uk on 1 machine (2 if one is a portable). If you wish to use the template on other machines, please purchase additional licenses.

 

Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may also remove the branding ("motiontemplate.co.uk") from the templates.

 

Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified on CD, DVD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from motiontemplate.co.uk.

 

Delivery: After we have successfully received your payment, an email will be returned to the senders address with the templates direct links. If you do not receive this email please contact us and to avoid delays make sure your return address is correct.

 

Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior consent from motiontemplate.co.uk.

 

Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of motiontemplate.co.uk. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

 

Use of Content: You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from motiontemplate.co.uk.

 

Warranty: motiontemplate.co.uk does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components.

 

Support: motiontemplate.co.uk offers these templates ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components. We offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization or administration etc.

 

Licences: All licences sold through motiontemplate.co.uk come with one year (365 days) free updates. This means that any updates that are released within one year of the time you purchased the template will be emailed free of charge. Any templates added to the site will also be emailed free of charge. After one year, you will can continue to use the templates but will need to purchase another licence to continue receiving new templates that are added to the site.

 

Refund Policy: As all of our products are digital software delivered instantly, once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to us for a refund.

If you have a problem with a template, you can report it to us and we will fix it.

Having a problem with a template is not a reason to request a refund.

 

We do not issue refunds if:

 

You just change your mind

You choose not to use the template

You do not check the Apple Motion or OSX version

You find that our product doesn't suit your needs

You fail to install any of the products

By completing your order and making payment, you agree that the sales staff of motiontemplate.co.uk ('the management') will only provide refunds in exceptional circumstances within seven days of payment. The management reserve the right to decide what is deemed to be an exceptional circumstance.
